Members may request to discontinue their participation in a HAPPŸŸ program at any time for a number of reasons. Our goal at HAPPŸŸ is to make you happy,  and this policy was written with that in mind.

First, if you complete the entire program and you are unsatisfied with the program, you will have options. First, we will work with you for a few more sessions to earn your satisfaction. If after that you are still not satisfied, we will return your investment with us. What is the catch? No catch. If you complete the program and it has not improved your life, you can get a full refund.

So long as you have completed the entire program including doing all of the requested assessments, participating in the integration circles, and attending your meetings with your guide, we will refund your money if you ask us to. Isn’t that simple?

Second, we understand that from time to time some members may request to discontinue their participation in a HAPPŸŸ program prior to the completion of their program. We also want to make these members happy, so we have come up with a policy to do that.

  • For those members who wish to cancel before their initial consultation with a clinician and has provided at least 24 hours notice, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel before your initial consultation but provide less than 24 hours notice, we’ll issue a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.
  • A full refund will also be sent to members who complete their initial consultation with a clinician and the clinician determines that you are not a good candidate for treatment at this time.
  • If a member cancels after their initial consultation but before the medication for their first session and HAPPŸŸ box has been shipped,  we’ll issue a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.
  • If a member cancels after their initial consultation but before the medications for sessions 3-6 have been shipped,  we’ll issue a full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the second set of medications have been shipped, except in accordance with our HAPPŸŸ guarantee.

Members’ requests to discontinue participation in a HAPPŸŸ program must be approved by a HAPPŸŸ team member before a member becomes eligible for a refund. 

Additional guidelines

HAPPŸŸ is not able to, and therefore will not, accept returns of prescription medications.

Members must speak to a HAPPŸŸ Customer Support team member on the phone about a member’s program discontinuation/refund request in order for members’ refund request to be considered for approval.

If a member is unresponsive or non-communicative with the member’s medical team for a period of four (4) or more weeks, the member’s participation in a HAPPŸŸ program may be canceled or discontinued by HAPPŸŸ. A member who is unresponsive or non-communicative with the member’s medical team for a period of four(4) or more weeks shall not be eligible for a refund (unless there are extenuating circumstances approved in advance by a HAPPŸŸ team member) due to member’s failure to follow the HAPPŸŸ program protocol.

If a member discloses information during the member’s initial medical consultation that was not disclosed in the member’s initial paperwork provided to HAPPŸŸ and such newly disclosed information leads the HAPPŸŸ medical provider to conclude that the member is medically unfit for participation in a HAPPŸŸ program, that member will be discharged from the program and will receive a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.

If a member’s medical provider determines that the member must receive medical clearance or psychiatric clearance based on information obtained during the member’s medical consultation, that member may either follow through with obtaining clearance and continue with their program, or request to be discharged and receive a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.

Criteria which may qualify a member for receiving a partial refund for unrendered services may include circumstances where the member:

  1. experiences an onset of a new medical condition or concern that the member’s medical provider determines renders the member medically unfit for an at-home ketamine program.
  2. experiences an onset of a new psychiatric or psychological condition or concern which renders the member psychologically unfit for an at-home ketamine program.
  3. The member does not have a proper session companion for the member’s treatment session;

 

If a member cancels a medical consultation or health coaching session within a 24 hr period prior to the session or does not attend the session, then member will be charged $25 the first time this occurs; $50 for the second time, and $100 for each time thereafter.

Financing

For members who have chosen to finance their program through third party financing partner, they are subject directly to any specific terms and conditions agreed to with third party financing partner.
